Q. What are eXpress Points and why do I need them?

A. eXpress Points are your ticket to thousands of digital scrapbooking products from accomplished designers in the scrapbooking industry. To gain access to Digital eXpress you pay a single low membership fee each month. The number of eXpress points you receive is dependent on your membership level. eXpress Points are essentially download credits, as long as you have eXpress Points you can keep on shopping.

Q. Is the information I enter safe and secure?

A. We take your security seriously. Digital eXpress utilizes 128 bit SSL encryption on all personal data being transferred on our website. This is the same technology used by your bank for online transactions. Additionally, our servers are protected by the latest firewall technology and are monitored 24 hours a day.

Q. How do I update or change my account?

A. You can log in to your account online at any time to make the necessary changes. Just click on the “View Account” button located on your Xpress Pass, or click on “Account Settings” under the “Site Links” section. You can also call or email Customer Service for assistance with your account.

Q. Can I upgrade my account to receive the free products, bonus eXpress Points and Roll-Over eXpress Points?

A. Sure you can. All you need to do is log in to your account and we’ll step you through and explain all the details. Just click on the “Your Account” under the “Site Links” section of the website or click on the "Your Account" tab on the Download Manager.

Q. What is the Digital eXpress Download Manager?

A. Our programmers (affectionately know around the office as “Computer Geeks”) have developed this program to help you download and manage your files. The Download Manager will make a list of all the files you’ve selected to download, and transfer them to your computer one at a time. If you have to leave, turn your computer off, or loose your internet connection…no problem! When you get back online, the Download Manger will start up right where it left off – even if it was in the middle of a file! If you choose this method for downloading your files, you’ll be happy with the convenience not only when your downloading files, but after you get them on your computer. The Download Manager neatly organizes all your files by sets, complete with a thumbnail image of a layout using that set so you know exactly what you’ve got. These are just a few of the benefits. You really should give this user-friendly program a try.

Q. I didn’t choose the Download Manager for my download method, but now I’d like to use it. Can I change my account?

A. Sure, no problem, as long as you are using a Microsoft Windows operating system capable of using Microsoft .Net 3.5, just log in to your account and you can make the necessary changes. You’ll be able to download and install the Download Manager to your computer and start enjoying the advantages it offers. Once you are logged into Digital eXpress simply look for the “Launch Download Manager” option under your user information in the eXpress Pass on the bottom left side of the site.

Q. I use a Mac computer. Can I still use Digital eXpress?

A. You certainly can. The only options not available to you are the Download Manager. You can still download files in the traditional method through your internet browser.

Q. Are your products easy to use?

A. Definitely! Our products are .png files with a transparent background. This means they’re ready to use. You won’t have to “cut them out” or “erase” a white background from around them before you can use them on your page.

Q. What software should I use?

A. Digital eXpress products will work with any graphics application, and there are certainly plenty to choose from. We’ve been impressed with Scrapbook Max! but there are many options including Adobe Photoshop and others.

Q. How does billing work?

A. As long as your account remains active, we’ll charge your card (credit or debit) each month at the first of the month.

Q. What are my obligations?

A. There are no obligations involved with a Digital eXpress membership, unless you choose a Membership Level that requires a specific length of subscription time. If you chose to upgrade your account to the six month contract and use the Unlimited plan, you have a six month commitment from the time of the first charge to your account after agreeing to the six month contract. Q. What are Roll-over eXpress Points, and how do I get them?

A. If your on the Advanced eXpress membership plan you will recieve Roll-over eXpress Points untill your account accrues 1500 points. Rollover eXpress Points is a handy feature that automatically takes the points you don't use one month, and carries them over to the next. If you're super busy, or out of town one month and don't use all your points, you won't loose out. They'll be waiting for you to use the next month. A maximum of 1500 points will accrue.
