Contracts and Terms of Use

Terms and Conditions for free offers with contract length:
By selecting a 6 month contract you are given the option subscribe to the Digital eXpress Unlimited Plan. You agree
to maintain a subscription with StoryTellers for the term of your contract period
of 6 months. The contract period begins with the first billing of your account
after agreeing to the contract.
You acknowledge you have willfully signed a subscription to receive Digital eXpress
services each month for the period of your contract. You grant StoryTellers permission
to bill your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card each month for
the duration of your subscription and then each month thereafter until you contact
StoryTellers to cancel your account.
If, during the period of your subscription, payment is not collected for any reason,
your contract length will be extended to complete the full term of your contract.
If charges to your account are unsuccessful for three consecutive months, your account
may be considered inactive and sent to an outside company for collections.
Terms of Use:
These are the current Terms and Conditions for any use of product(s), artwork, design(s),
file(s) and layouts from L&M StoryTellers Inc. and are subject to change at any
time without notice.
This constitutes an agreement with L&M StoryTellers Inc. (DBA: StoryTellers Club,
StoryTellers, Digital eXpress and Digital eXpress Club).
By viewing, using or downloading any files from this website, you acknowledge, willfully
accept, and agree to the complete terms and conditions of this agreement. If you
do not acknowledge and accept the terms of this agreement in their entirety, you
may not use in any way, products, artwork, designs, files, layouts and any other
content of this website.
These products, once downloaded, do not become your property. All copyrights of products,
artwork, files, layouts, graphics, and designs within this website are retained
by L&M StoryTellers, Inc. (hereafter referred to as StoryTellers). All graphic images
are copyrighted by L&M StoryTellers, Inc with all rights reserved.
The contents of this website are not to be redistributed in any way.
The contents of this website are for personal use by the subscriber only. No commercial
use, sharing or reproduction is allowed. You may not alter these images for sale
or publication and claim them as your own. You may not use any products, artwork,
files, layouts, graphics, or designs within this website for any website design.
L&M StoryTellers Inc. may digitally mark and or encode information on any downloaded
files. This encoded information can be linked back to the original purchaser and
the original purchaser will be held liable for any misuse. This encoding will not
interfere with the aesthetics or use of the products.
Designs created using products or ideas from this website may be submitted to print
publications, contests, and online galleries, so long as credit is given to StoryTellers
Club and a link to www.StoryTellersClub.com is provided. This includes any graphics
that have been altered.
You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing
from them. You may print a hard copy of any files purchased for use in personal
scrapbooking or any other projects.
The purchaser may not claim graphics or altered graphics as their own.
You may not reproduce any StoryTellers sample layouts to submit for online, print,
or any other type of publication. You also may not submit the StoryTellers sample
layout as your own for any type of online, print, or other publication.
You may not use any StoryTellers graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof
in any commercial work whatsoever without express written permission from StoryTellers
Management.
You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects; i.e.: web design/sites,
templates, or any projects which will produce income. You are not allowed to resell,
sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) contained in this website
in any form for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended
for permanent storage or re-use by others. You may not use StoryTellers graphics
in any online collections, CD ROM's, or other storage devices, sold or distributed
in any way.
You may not use any graphic(s) from this website to create obscene, defamatory,
or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from this website
for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of our products, website
and/or software. L&M StoryTellers, Inc. disclaims all liability related to the unauthorized
copying, reproduction, or other misuse of the images, products and content of this
website.
